However, we understand that there may be circumstances where cancellation or refunds are necessary. Please review our policy below:
All payments made towards PRO upgradation are non-refundable.
Once the upgrade is processed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued for PRO subscription fees.
If your press release fails to get published on the promised media outlet(s) as per your selected plan, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to verification.
Cancellation of a press release order is possible only if the content has not yet been submitted to any media outlets.
If work has already begun or submissions have been made, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, and the amount will be credited via the original mode of payment.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team
• Refund eligibility will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each case
• Processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from refund amounts
