At PressRelease.in, operated by Wiseup Digitally Interactive and Media LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), all of our services are digital and delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical products. Please read the details below to understand how our digital delivery process works:
All press release services, including writing, editing, distribution, and PRO upgrades, are provided and delivered online via email or through your account dashboard on PressRelease.in.
Drafts are usually delivered within 2-3 business days after receiving the complete brief and payment.
Once approved, your press release will be submitted to media outlets within 1-2 business days.
Depending on the media outlet, publication may take 24–72 hours after submission.
You will receive email notifications for every stage of the process, including draft submission, final approval, and publication reports (if applicable).
While we strive to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:
- • Incomplete information or content approvals from your end
- • Revisions requested by you
- • Editorial delays from third-party media outlets
We will keep you informed in such cases.
Since all services are digital, no physical shipment or courier tracking is applicable.
• All communications and deliveries are handled through your registered email address
• You can track your order status through your account dashboard on PressRelease.in
• Final deliverables are provided in digital formats (PDF, DOC, or web links)
• Backup copies of all deliverables are stored securely in our system for reference
